Once Power Diary was implemented, the next challenge was to ensure all staff members were able to use the new software.

To get started, I created some training videos, shared them to the staff SharePoint folder.

First, I made sure to provide everyone with login credentials through Power Diary, and that they had access.

By AirPlaying my laptop to the TV, I was able to lead the team to demonstrate different tasks, from creating client appointments to creation of tailored forms.
